CEDAR CITY, Utah – The New Mexico State state women's basketball team dropped to 7-5 in the Western Athletic Conference after a 63-56 loss at first-place Southern Utah on Thursday. Molly Kaiser led the way in scoring with 15 points on 6-14 shooting, including two made 3s in the game. Sylena Peterson tallied her third consecutive double-digit scoring output with 10 points and Taylor Donaldson scored nine points with three assists and four steals.

The Aggies play at Utah Tech on Saturday at 2 p.m.
