Browns legend Bernie Kosar has been in the lineup at MGM Northfield Park since the racino opened in 2013.

The racino in northern Summit County has announced that the NFL-flavored steakhouse has been rebranded.

Eric Wheeler, director of brand marketing, said Kosar's Wood-Fired Grill is now Valley’s Edge Steak & Seafood.

The new restaurant inside of the racino specializes in wood-fired steak and seafood.

“Diners will feel right at home in the reimagined space, while those new to us will find an elegant and relaxing environment to enjoy a meal," said executive chef Chris Poplin in a statement. "We use mid-western corn-fed beef for all our steaks and our seafood is shipped in from around the globe.”

Great care was taken in the renovations.

“With contemporary lighting, luxurious carpeting and artistic wall finishes, the interior design of the restaurant marries a sense of local style with Las Vegas panache,” Poplin said.

Pieces from local artists including Don Drumm and Diane Seskes were incorporated in the design.

“Showcasing and celebrating works from the local art community was important to our team as we set out to design this new space," said MGM Northfield GM Nick Monti.

The new steakhouse is open from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
