Miami Beach Ordinance Seeks To Roll Back Alcohol Sales In Entertainment District

- Also new at 5:00, last call could come as early as 2:00 in the morning for dozens of businesses in Miami Beach's entertainment district. If city commissioners adopt a new alcohol ordinance, it would roll back hours for alcohol sales and change it from the current time of 5:00 AM to 2:00 AM. The area affected would be along Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive from 5th to 16th Streets. A public hearing will be held next month.
