Miami County law enforcement asking public’s help to preserve their history
Miami County law enforcement and fire agencies are asking for the public’s help in collecting items to preserve their history.
The Miami Valley Veterans Museum offered space to honor the story of Miami County’s fallen law enforcement officers, firefighters and medics, according to a media release.
Miami County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #58 is asking the public, retirees and former first responders to donate or loan items to the museum.

The items can include a photograph, uniform, shield, start, hat, duty gear and more.
Those who decide to donate or loan items should contact the following people, the release states:
