Miami Heat add Avery Bradley in NBA free agency

The Miami Heat added additional depth to their roster Saturday, bolstering their backcourt with the defense and shooting of Los Angeles Lakers free-agent guard Avery Bradley in NBA free agency.

Bradley wound up squeezed out of the Lakers’ salary picture, after bypassing participating in the Disney World quarantine bubble that produced Los Angeles’ NBA title.

Bradley adds a defensive element that had been somewhat lacking last season as the Heat cycled through Tyler Herro, Kendrick Nunn, Duncan Robinson and Goran Dragic.
