Miami Neighborhood Inundated as Tropical Storm Sally Brings Heavy Rain

Floodwater inundated the streets of Miami on Sunday, September 13, after Tropical Storm Sally brought heavy rain to the city.

Footage captured by Joel Franco in the early hours of the morning shows a pedestrian wadding through the waters and cars driving through the partially flooded streets in the Brickell neighborhood.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flooding warning for the area that remained in place until 6:30 am (EST) on Sunday.
