Michelle Obama, MTV team up for virtual prom

The virtual event was live-streamed on YOUTUBE and included celebrities like DJ Khaled, Bebe Rexha, Becky G, Janelle Monáe, Chloe x Halle, KYLE & others.
Before the event started, viewers were treated to pre-prom festivities including a dance tutorial from celebrity Julianne Hough, an eye makeup tutorial from internet sensation Bretman Rock, and a hairdo tutorial from celebrity stylist Chris Applewood.
The celebration also doubled as a get-out-the-vote effort aimed at graduates who will be eligible to vote for the first time in this November's presidential elections.
A number of other virtual ceremonies are set to be held with some of the country's biggest names getting together to hold a number of events celebrating the class of 2020.
