Michelob Ultra is hiring someone to travel to national parks — for a hefty salary
Want to get paid $50,000 to visit national parks? Michelob Ultra Pure Gold could hire you.
The company is looking for a new CEO — chief exploration officer. Whoever gets the job will travel the country for six months to visit national parks and represent the company.
“You’ll be tasked with capturing content while touring the country, visiting national parks and repping Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold along the way,” the company said on its website. “Plus, if you so choose, you’ll be able to bring along your right-hand person to assist you along the way.”
How do you get the gig? Michelob said the perfect candidate loves and respects the outdoors and must be good at following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines while traveling during the coronavirus pandemic.
The ideal candidate also needs to have good outdoor and nature photography skills and be willing to take a hike through a national park. They also must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old, the company said.
The company will pay the new chief exploration officer $50,000 plus expenses. The deadline to apply is Sept. 30.
“As CEO, you’ll head out on an epic journey in your CEO camper van equipped with its own bathroom and shower,” Michelob said. “Don’t worry about gas money, that’s on us.”
