Game notes: This is the lone matchup of the regular season between the Wolverines and Scarlet Knights. Rutgers ended a three-game losing skid Saturday with a clutch 58-57 win at Wisconsin. It's another test for Michigan junior center Hunter Dickinson, as he'll face Nigerian junior center Clifford Omoruyi, who leads Rutgers with 13.4 points, 9.8 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game. This is a game Michigan needs to boost its teetering NCAA tournament resume. Every win is crucial.
