Michigan basketball's game at Penn State rescheduled for Wednesday

Michigan basketball's game at Penn State has been rescheduled to Wednesday, the program announced Friday afternoon.

The two teams will tip off at 7 p.m. on Big Ten Network.

The game was originally scheduled for Jan. 9, but was postponed due to the Nittany Lions' COVID-19 issues.

The teams have met once this season Dec. 13, when Michigan hosted Penn State at Crisler Center. The Wolverines won, 62-58, thanks to 20 points from freshman center Hunter Dickinson.

Michigan was originally scheduled to have an eight-day layoff between Friday night's game at Purdue and a home game against Indiana on Jan. 30; now, it'll travel to Penn State in between the two contests. The Wolverines are now back on track to play out the full 20-game conference schedule.
