Michigan football gained a commitment for its offensive line for the 2023 class.

On Friday, three-star prospect Nathan Efobi, from Cumming, Georgia, made his pledge to the Wolverines on social media.

The 6-foot-3½, 282-pound Efobi is the 44th-best prospect in Georgia and the No. 31 interior offensive lineman in the country for 2023, according to the 247Sports Composite.

RAINER SABIN:Michigan's national ascent has yet to translate into big recruiting wins. Why?

Efobi, who reportedly visited Ann Arbor on Sept. 23, was recruited by co-offensive coordinator Sherrone Moore, who will be his position coach at U-M. Moore led the Michigan offensive line to the Joe Moore Award last season as the best OL group, as they will likely be in contention for the award again this season.

Michigan now has 16 commits for the 2023 class, including seven four-star prospects. U-M's class is ranked 21st in the nation.
