Police in Michigan are seeking the public’s help in finding a psychiatrist who went missing before Christmas.

Dr. Bolek Payan left Henry Ford Allegiance Health hospital in Jackson, Michigan, where he works, last Thursday. He has not been seen since.

His car was found at his home in Leoni Township, about five miles from Jackson, but he has had no contact with his employer, family or friends, according to the local police department.

Payan began his residency at Henry Ford in 2020, according to his biography on hospital website. Jackson is about 35 miles west of Ann Arbor, and Leoni Township is five miles from there.

Police did not release any further details.
