Michigan reports 10,681 COVID-19 cases, 69 deaths; changes data release schedule

Michigan reported 10,681 new COVID-19 cases, an average of 1,780.2 per day, and 69 new deaths over the last six days, according to data released Tuesday by the state health department.

The state also announced it would be moving the weekly data release, which previously was done each Wednesday, to Tuesdays.

The state has had 2,592,078 cases and 36,744 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic.
