Michigan State football stays put in AFCA Coaches Poll heading into Michigan game

The week is finally here. Michigan State football will host Michigan at home in an undefeated rivalry match-up. This is the first time these teams will ever have met where they are both 7-0 on the season. They will also be touching each other in the AFCA Coaches Poll heading into the game.

The Spartans are at No. 7 coming out of their bye week while the Wolverines will also stay at No. 6 after dismantling Northwestern.

Ohio State remains ahead of both teams at No. 5 after they handled business against Indiana. You would have to think that whoever wins the Michigan vs. Michigan State game will have a strong case to move ahead of Ohio State and probably even Alabama at No. 3.
