LAST TIME OUT: Hunter Dickinson helps Michigan basketball respond with 72-58 win over San Diego State

Game notes: It is the Big Ten opener for the defending conference champion Wolverines. The first stop in their title defense is a trip to Lincoln, NE to face the Cornhuskers. Michigan has made Pinnacle Bank Arena their own home away from home having won six out of the last seven meetings on the Huskers home floor. A trend the Wolverines hope does change is the alternating wins and losses over the last seven games. With a victory over Nebraska, Michigan will win back-to-back games for the first time since picking up victories over Buffalo and Prairie View A&M to start the season.
