"Night one, we just want to get people out and get the products into people’s hands," co-owner Chris Triplett told The Daily on Monday.

Beginning Friday, the eatery's normal business hours will be 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays-Saturdays and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sundays.

Triplett, a young entrepreneur with a background in personal training, co-owns the franchise location with Michael Foguth of Foguth Financial Group, which owns the building.

Triplett and Foguth previously told The Daily they hope to open more locations in the future.

"We want to make sure it’s running right (in Brighton) and making sure people are getting good service, and then we’ll start looking to expand," Triplett said Monday.

The menu includes several signature recipes. Customers can also create their own bowl by choosing different bases and toppings.

The Everbowl, for example, contains acai — a berry that grows in South America — granola, banana, strawberries, and blueberries.

"There are many different flavor bases you can get in a bowl, the most popular being acai," Triplett said. Other options include vanilla, cocoa and pitaya.

"And then the bowls get topped off with things like peanut butter, granola, fruit."

He said Everbowl is meant to be a fast, healthy option.

"It's very quick. Bowls can be made in about a minute, so people can get in and out fairly quickly."

He expects most customers will get their orders to-go. The eatery has three tables for indoor dining, and the owners hope to add outside seating next spring. They're also offering online ordering and delivery through DoorDash.
