Micro-surfacing begins today in Brown County

A three-week micro-surfacing project begins today in Brown County.

Brown County Highway Superintendent Dirk Rogers said micro-surfacing will begin on County Road 23 at Warner and continue west for 19 miles east to state Highway 37 by Ferney. Another 9 miles of micro-surfacing will be on County Road 16 from the Moccasin Creek bridge to the Spink County line.

Pilot cars will be in use to control traffic while the work is being done.
