The median sale price of a Centre County home is up 14% since last spring, real estate side Redfin reports, coming in at $342,000 in March.

The price per square foot has dropped by 2.3%, however, currently sitting at $167.

As for home values, eight Centre County ZIP codes have a median home value exceeding $300,000, according to data from popular real estate site Zillow, while the average median home value in the county sits at $233,600.

Zillow’s Home Value Index reports a 5.9% increase in home values in the last year.

The ZIP code with the highest median home value is 16870 with a value of $390,442. The lowest median home value in the county is 16666, at $93,575.
