New Middle Eastern spot Tree of Wishes debuts in Melrose

Looking to chow down on some Middle Eastern fare? A new spot has you covered. The fresh addition to Melrose, called Tree of Wishes, is located at 7469 Melrose Ave.

Tree of Wishes features dishes like caramelized hummus, branzino and charred half boneless chicken. According to the business' Facebook page, Tree of Wishes is a "casually elegant restaurant... serving Middle Eastern-inspired Mediterranean fare."

The new arrival has already attracted fans thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp.

Bahar T., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on March 3, wrote, "What a wonderful new place added to Melrose Ave. The food is delicious and fresh. You must try the black zucchini fries. The outdoor space is so cute and transports you to Europe."

And Arda K. added, "Cute patio, flavorful mezzes, amazing fishcake and tasty wine."
