Midland Music Mondays brings free concerts with food trucks and 50/50 drawings

MIDLAND ― A free outdoor summer concert series returns to Midland.

Midland Music Mondays take place at Lincoln Park, sponsored by the Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School.

These Monday evening shows celebrate local musicians, food and nonprofit community partners(featuring a 50/50 Raffle each night). Music begins at 6:30 p.m., with food truck servicefrom 4:30 to 8 p.m.

The series kicks off this Monday with Beaver Valley bluegrass group Echo Valley, which has performed at Pittsburgh's Three Rivers Arts Festival. Food truck service opening night is by Los Gingos Tacos.

The lineup of entertainment, food trucks and community partners:• June 19: Echo Valley, Los Gingos Tacos, Beaver County Humane Society• June 26: Allegheny Brass Band, Hoshi PGH, Midland Fire Department.• July 10: Monaca Cornet Band, Los Gingos Tacos, Friends of the Carnegie Free Library of Midland.• July 17: Hopewell Community Big Band, Horstman Concessions, The Center.• July 24: Eric DeFade Trio, Al’s Pizza Trailer, Midland Fire Department.• July 31: Beaver County Wind Ensemble, Annie Lee’s Southern Kitchen, West End Renaissance.• Aug. 7: Swingin’ Bopcats Big Band, Los Gingos Tacos, Midland American Legion.• Aug. 14: Jukebox, Los Gingos Tacos, Friends of the Carnegie Free Library of Midland.

PA Cyber’s Midland Music Mondays are in partnership with the Midland Business Development Committee and Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center.
