35th annual Parks Biathlon and Third Annual 5K Parks Run — 8 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 17. Liederkranz Park, 301 N. Jefferson, Millstadt. The Millstadt Biathlon tests your fitness level along with your cycling skills. The biathlon consists of a 5-mile run through scenic farmland, then grab your bike for a 22-mile ride. The event honors and celebrates the brave patients of the oncology center, as well as the supporters who have provided invaluable aid and assistance during these difficult times.
