Former NY mets catcher and Baseball Hall-of-Famer Mike Piazza reflects on the events of 9/11 and his home run in the first New York sporting event after the attacks. Piazza: 'It doesn't get any easier as the years go by...unfortunately you have to experience tragedy to see triumph...as much as I'm sad, it's uplifting to see the positive stories that came out of the events'. As for his game-winning home run against the Braves 10 days after the tragedy, Piazza knows, 'It will always be with me, it's on my Hall-of-Fame plaque...I'm honored'.
