Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher created “quarantine wine” for coronavirus relief

Our quarantine weekend plans have mostly consisted of wine and online games or puzzles. We can’t be sure about puzzles, but social-distancing wine is also part of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis‘s routine. The couple realized they could turn their love of vino into a way to raise funds for those fighting against and impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19). So, Kunis and Kutcher teamed up with Nocking Point to release “Quarantine Wine,” and we’ll definitely cheers to that.

“Mila and I are launching Quarantine wine!” Kutcher posted on his Instagram page on April 19th. “100% of profits go to COVID-19 relief efforts.” He asked those who sip Quarantine wine to share on social media using the hashtags #QuarantineWine and #SocialDistancing. The actual wine is a 2018 pinot noir, for all those red wine drinkers out there.

Kunis thought it would be unique to include a nearly blank label on each bottle, so that when you’re drinking, you can write in the name of someone you want to toast.

All profits will go to various charities, such as Direct Relief, Frontline Responders Fund, America’s Food Fund, and Give Directly.

“[One hundred] percent of the proceeds go to a handful of charities that we have done homework on, due diligence, vetted out to make sure that their overhead is low enough or they actually do the work that they’re supposed to do, where their outcome is visible,” Kunis explained in the below video, also uploaded on April 19th. “So we kind of took the guessing game out in case you want to help people, so you can look at this as a charitable donation.”

You can grab two bottles of Quarantine wine starting at $50 on the official website. Kunis and Kutcher plan to begin shipping in early May.

Add to cart, times ten.
