The 2021-22 NBA season is on the horizon as media days and training camps are approaching on the calendar.

Before the season begins, it’s only right to kick off a new NBA campaign with player rankings, which ESPN has put together with their NBArank.

On Tuesday, ESPN’s NBA staff released the first 50 players in the top 100 rankings, which included Charlotte Hornets forward Miles Bridges at No. 87, who makes his debut on ESPN’s NBArank.

Nick Friedell of ESPN elaborates on Bridges’ ranking:

“Bridges shot 50.3% from the field last year and appears on the verge of a breakout season alongside a young core led by LaMelo Ball. At 23, Bridges still has plenty of room to grow. He shot 40% from beyond the arc last season for a Charlotte team that just missed the playoffs.”

Last season, Bridges averaged 12.7 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 2.2 assists including shooting 50.3% from the floor and 40% from behind the arc, both career-highs.
