Miles Teller is an all-American kind of guy. The type that calls your mum Mrs. Insert-Wildly-Suburban-Surname-Here and keeps his hair tidy. Or at least he was. For Teller's latest style move ditches the prom date politeness for something wilder, more memorable and squarely on-trend: the Miami mafioso.
At a Cannes Film Festival photocall for his latest gig, Too Old To Die Young, the 32-year-old walked the boards of southern France as if he just bought it with cash up-front. Instead of a classic two-piece, we have a floral Cuban collared shirt. Rather than settle for a Clark Kent clean shave, there's a porno 'stache. It's an outfit that pops on a competitive red carpet.
Granted, Teller isn't the first: Sam Rockwell is but one big screen colleague to channel Cosa Nostra on the tax dodge. It comes on the back of several brands amping up their summer 'fits too, with Jacquemus quietly sailing on the Mediterranean, and Wacko Maria putting summer prints on a strong course of steroids.
Simply complete with your best looser fit trousers and a matching loafer. Flagrant disregard for the law entirely optional.
