The military medic wore a wedding dress and veil, while her groom chose a classic black suit and white shirt.

After the official ceremony, the newlyweds performed their first dance and planned to celebrate their wedding, but then a fresh Russian missile strike altered their plans.

A few hours after the previous night’s attack, Russia launched another missile strike at Kyiv, so the newlyweds had to immediately run to a bombshelter.

Oleksandr and Tasha had to stay in the bomb shelter until the air raid alert was cancelled. At the same time, Kyiv residents who were also hiding from the Russian missiles congratulated the couple on their wedding day.
