Millersport news: Purse auction to benefit Eastern Star activities

The Public Lady’s Purse Auction will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 3 at the Millersport Masonic Lodge, 11360 Millersport Road in Millersport. Slightly used, some new, clean purses, handbags, clutch bags, wallets, assorted designs, colors, and fashions from “31”, Louis Vuitton, Coach, Vera Bradley, Michael Kors, Kate Spade and many others will be available. Items will be available for preview Friday, June 2nd from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Millersport Lodge. Everyone is welcome. Join in the fun getting real bargains and find high quality accessories for you or for gifts. Blood drive

Commencement

Commencement services for the Millersport High School Class of 2023 were held May 21 at the football stadium. High School Principal Megan Terry welcomed those present and introduced the guests. The Class of 2023 Co-Valedictorians are Logan Roberts and Kyle Wamack. The Salutatorian is Delaney Leonard.Terry congratulated the class on the many awards and scholarships they had earned. Superintendent Kim Radulovich presented the Class of 2023 as members of the Board of Education and the faculty presented the graduates with their diplomas. Senior Class President Delaney Leonard passed “The Anchor” to Junior Class President Roni Rarey. The ceremony ended with the high school choir singing the “Alma Mater” and “Two Irish Blessings."
