Millie Bobby Brown has opened up on her friendship with The Only Way Is Essex star Mark Wright and Coronation Street's Michelle Keegan.

Brown has admitted to being a big TOWIE fan and is said to have jumped at the opportunity to talk to Wright when they were both in Los Angeles, leading to him introducing her to his family.

"I'm a huge fan of TOWIE and I was doing press in LA, saw him [Mark] and introduced myself," the Stranger Things star told the Sunday Times.

"He told me he was a fan of my work too and our families bonded. Now we're friends and go on family vacations together all the time," Brown said of Wright and his wife.

The reality TV star and Keegan, known for the role of Tina McIntyre on Corrie, have been married since 2015.

Earlier this year, Brown announced her engagement to Jake Bongiovi after two years of dating.

"I was interested in him and wanted to know more," the Enola Holmes star said of first meeting her now fiancé through Instagram.

"As soon as we spoke I knew he was going to be a huge part of my life," she continued.

"I ran to my mum and said, 'I really, really like him!' After we met we knew we never wanted to leave each other's side."

Brown's mother played a role in the couple's engagement as she gave Bongiovi one of her own rings for the proposal.

"I've always loved that ring, it's always stuck out to me, so she gave it to Jake," Brown explained.

"They were in cahoots about the whole proposal. I love that I can always keep a piece of my mum with me."

Stranger Things seasons 1-4 are now streaming worldwide on Netflix.
