Millie Bobby Brown Wore a High Ponytail to the Moncler Show in Milan

Just two days after her 15th birthday, Millie Bobby Brown is hitting the red carpet again and serving one of her best hair and makeup looks yet. Millie wore a black jacket designed by Palm Angels for Moncler over a pair of tights and black heels. Her hair was pulled into a super high and tight pony (ala Ariana Grande) with three ties down the tail for a bubble effect. For her makeup, she wore a red-winged eyeliner and a pink neutral lip.

The hair look created by Peter Lux was red carpet ready but totally doable at home all need are a few hair ties and a good brush. Lux broke down the look for Teen Vogue explaining, “To get Millie ready for the Moncler event we had to work super-fast. I used Philip B heat protection spray and a Dyson hairdryer to blow out Millie’s hair.” He went on, “Then I gathered it into a high ponytail and I used 28-inch-long hair extensions which I color matched using a semi-permanent gloss. I wrapped the extension around Millie’s natural hair to create this super long ponytail and secured it with pins as I wrapped it round layer by layer. I used 3 gold elastic bands to tie the ponytail at different intervals to create this slightly different but fun look for Millie.”

In summer 2018, Millie was one of 19 celebs tapped to be the face of Moncler’s BEYOND campaign. In the time since she’s been seen on red carpets for the brand wearing their jaw-dropping collaboration dresses including a long puffer gown designed by Simone Rocha. Basically, the 15-year-old is proving that your go-to winter jacket is now the chicest red carpet ensemble.
