The Milwaukee Brewers are fashioning the final bobblehead on their calendar with the team owner. No, not that one; the taller one.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, who became a member of the Brewers ownership group last year and whose Milwaukee Bucks are in the process of defending their 2021 NBA championship, will be the subject of the bobblehead Sept. 11, given away to the first 35,000 fans who arrive for the Brewers game against the Cincinnati Reds.

The Brewers had been listing the bobblehead subject as "TBA," with five other upcoming dates assigned with current Brewers players: Willy Adames on May 22, Brandon Woodruff on June 5, Corbin Burnes on June 26, Freddy Peralta on July 10 and Omar Narváez on July 24.

The Brewers intended to celebrate their 50th anniversary during the 2020 season and had assembled a lineup of Brewers legends for the bobblehead giveaways; those were carried over to 2021 when the 2020 season was affected by COVID-19. That leaves a rich roster of current players who've never been featured in an all-fan bobblehead giveaway for this season, and all five players will be featured as such for the first time.

The games, all scheduled for 1:10 p.m. first pitches on Sundays, also will offer an opportunity for kids 14 and under to run the bases afterward.

Antetokounmpo, the Bucks' two-time MVP and last year's NBA Finals MVP, became the first new member of the Brewers ownership group since Mark Attanasio bought the team in advance of the 2005 season.
