The 71st annual Men’s Championship Tournament was the last two weekends in January at Dyess Lanes. Here are the results:

Women with games of 200 or better were Margaret McMillan (244, 234, 201), Ashley Kraly (215, 203), Amy Rutledge/Denise Morey (210) and Natalie Nickerson (200). Women with 600 or better series was Ashley Kraly (605).
Natalie Nickerson also converted the difficult 6-7-10 split.
LEAGUE HIGH GAMES/SERIES
Men with games of 250 or better were David Brown (290), Andy Rutledge (278), Joshua Stubbs (273), Bryan St. Jean (268, 253), Johnny Rhone (267, 256), Brian Lehr (267), T.J. Wall (266), Homer Cook/Jimmy Rangel (258), Aaron Parras/Shane Gladden (255) and Michael Rushin/John Lawson (251). Men with 700 series or better were John Lawson (733, 704) and Bryan St. Jean (704). Women with games of 200 or better was Ashley Kraly (203).
REGULAR LEAGUE HIGHLIGHTS
Bowling in the PrimeTime Oil League on Feb. 14, David Brown left the six and 10 pins in the first frame, covered the spare and then took it of the sheet (11 in a row) for an outstanding 290 game.
The feat was accomplished on Lanes Nos. 1 and 2 – the same pair where he rolled his 300 game a few weeks back.
