Minerva Arts Council conducting fundraisers
Area businesses and residents have the chance to help brighten Summer Alley in Minerva Village.
Summer Alley is the location of the newest mural in Minerva Village, between City Hall and Lion's Den Sport Shop.
Minerva Arts Council is offering sponsorships for plaques that will be permanently placed in Summer Alley.
Three sizes of personalized plaques are available − Gold, 7"x4," $500; Silver, 6"x2.5," $250; and Bronze, 4.5"x2," $150. Order forms are available at Sandy Springs Brewing Company, the Minerva Area Chamber of Commerce office, and the Edward Jones office.
The arts group has another fundraiser ongoing, as well.
Raffle tickets also are available at Sandy Springs Brewing Co. for two Cleveland Browns tickets for the Dec. 24 home game against the New Orleans Saints (value $600); fall scarecrow wreath; and SSBC Pub Club membership for 2023 (more than 90 people are on the waiting list.) Winners will be drawn Sept. 11.
All proceeds go to Minerva Arts Council to fund future arts projects in the village.
