Delray Beach could soon be home to a new mini-golf course designed by Tiger Woods.

PopStroke, which operates two mini-golf courses across the state, has plans on opening a third location on 3-acre lot at 1314 N. Federal Highway. The proposed development would feature two 18-hole putting courses designed by Woods. It also will offer a 4,500-square-foot restaurant.

It would open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday to Wednesday, and stay open until midnight Thursday through Saturday.

PopStroke bills itself as a “technology-infused entertainment concept merging golf with food, ice cream and signature craft cocktails” for people of all ages and backgrounds. PopStroke currently has two locations in Port St. Lucie and Fort Myers.

Woods initially partnered with PopStroke in 2019 to help design their putting courses.

“Some of my happiest memories are spending time with my pops on the golf course having putting contests,” Woods said in a news release in 2019. “I’m looking forward to others enjoying time with their kids at PopStroke.”

The course, which has already received initial approval from the city’s Planning and Zoning Board, will be discussed by the city later this afternoon.
