Morrow said a 2015 Toyota minivan, driven by Miranda Jones, 41, of Ontario, was northbound on Ohio 314 and went left of center on a curve. Her vehicle traveled off the east side of the road.

A 2011 Kenworth semitractor-trailer pulling a box trailer, driven by Anton Prenkocha, 53, of Dryden, Michigan, swerved and his vehicle hit a telephone pole and some traffic signs, the patrol said.

Jones was transported by Springfield Township Fire Department/EMS to OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital with injuries.

The driver of the Kenworth was not injured, Morrow said.

Jones was cited for traveling left of center, he said.
