Minneapolis-based real estate acquires 205-unit apartments, Addison at Rossview

Timberland Partners, a Minneapolis-based real estate investment, now owns Clarksville's Addison at Rossview apartments.

Located at 200 Holland Drive in Clarksville, Addison at Rossview has 205 units. Built in 2016, it offers residents a one, two and three-bedroom options for apartments and townhomes.

In a press release, Timberland Partners said that industry analysts predict "there will be 3,700 new manufacturing jobs within six miles of the Addison at Rossview Apartments by 2030."

"The acquisition of Addison at Rossview is a continuing reflection of our robust real estate market," said Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts. "I am grateful for Timberland Partners for their investment and confidence in our community, and look forward to the continued success in our market."

Timberland Partners owns 10 apartment complexes in Tennessee, including Clarksville's Fountains at Meadowood.
