On the heels of social media influencer Miracle Watts and P-Valley star Tyler Lepley welcoming their first child together, the new mother is opening up about her postnatal journey.

About a week after uploading some photos of she and Lepley posing with their newborn son, Xi Leì Lepley, Watts made another post that shined a spotlight on how pregnancy changed her body.

“I was going back and forth on posting… But then I was like F$&@ it, somebody has to keep it real (it’s my duty to moms),” she began in her caption. “Not every woman snaps back without hard work.”

“This is coming from a person whom everyone thought was going to snap back with no stretch marks (beautiful stories). I just wouldn’t feel like my authentic self to continue posting and hiding who I am today,” Miracle Watts continued. “I’m not perfect neither is my body, I’m a mother, and I AM PERFECTLY me!!! Love yourself through it all & KEEP IT SEXY!”

Notably, the last slide included a recording of a conversation between Watts and Lepley, in which Watts says, “Nobody’s perfect, and [people] should have influence and role models to show them that — after you have a baby — everybody doesn’t bounce back right away, and some people are left with lifelong scars of what [they] went through.”

In response, Watts’s post was flooded with positive comments.

“You are literally beautiful Miracle. You brought life into this world. Greatest gift of all time,” influencer Aaleeyah Petty wrote beneath the upload.

“Still baddd,” Dreezy similarly remarked.

Other celebrities who showed Watts love beneath her post include Bia, Akbar V, Torrei Hart, Hood Brat and the Clermont Twins.

Of course, we also have to add that Lepley stepped into the comment section to write a simple “I love you.”

Watts’s upload is similar to one that Cardi B made last year, as the “Up” rapper spoke on how her second pregnancy changed her body.

What do you think about Miracle Watts’s upload, and would you like to see more celebrities openly speak on the subject of post-pregnancy like she and Cardi B have?
