From Town & Country

There was never a more synergistic royal-adjacent brand collaboration in the history of capsule collections. Hatch Maternity, loved by many a pregnant celebrity, and worn by the Duchess of Sussex last year while she was pregnant with baby Archie, has launched a collaboration with contemporary designer, and close Meghan Markle confidante, Misha Nonoo.

Nonoo, who married Michael Hess last fall (yes, Prince Harry and Meghan were in attendance), is currently expecting her first child—so it is only fitting that the rumored royal matchmaker would create a line of clothes for expectant mamas-to-be. The capsule was inspired by Misha Nonoos cult-favorite Husband Shirt, which Markle famously wore for her first public appearance with Prince Harry at the 2017 Invictus Games. And of course, the designs have been created for chic expectant mothers who want to continue to reach for classic, quality pieces that will remain wearable throughout their pregnancies, from before they are showing, through the growth of their bump, and of course, after they have given birth. The entire collection ranges in price from $185 to $240 and is available to shop on both hatchcollection.com and mishanonoo.com.

The design of the capsule is simple: shoppers can pick between two Husband shirt-esque designs, The Maternity Shirt Dress and the Maternity Husband Shirt, which are available in three different colorways: crisp white, blue, and navy and ivory stripes.

Nonoo, much like Markle, has championed a more sustainable approach to fashion, encouraging consumers to buy less, but with better quality to ensure that they generate less waste. This, of course, falls directly in line with the Duchess of Sussex's style ethos: she often favors eco-friendly, ethical, and sustainable brands for her appearances. The designer has also collaborated with the Duchess of Sussex on a design for Smart Works to benefit women in need.

One thing is clear: Hatch x Misha Nonoo provides stylish and timeless pieces for women to wear beyond the full term of their pregnancies, which is a fashion investment to get behind.
