Missed Garth Brooks last year? Your next chance is at new Branson arena

Garth Brooks sold out Arrowhead Stadium the last time he played a concert in Missouri, and if you weren’t one of the 74,500 people in attendance, now’s your chance.

The record-setting country artist is set to open the newly-expanded Thunder Ridge Nature Arena at Bass Pro Shops Big Cedar Lodge in the Ozarks. The concert is set for Oct. 1 at 7 p.m.

The arena is an amphitheater that overlooks Table Rock Lake and the Boston Mountains of Arkansas. It’s the perfect backdrop for Brooks to play his greatest hits.

Tickets will go on sale Aug. 26 at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster. All tickets will cost $98.95, and you can buy up to eight tickets. No tickets will be sold at the arena’s box office.

“We are very honored to have Garth come and help open this great new venue, which we hope will be regarded as one of the most picturesque and impressive nature-based arenas anywhere,” Johnny Morris, founder of Bass Pro Shops and Big Cedar Lodge, said in a statement.
