Missing mother of 4 children last seen leaving Kentucky bar 2 weeks ago

Authorities in Kentucky are asking for the public's help in the search for a young mother who disappeared two weeks ago.

Savannah Spurlock, a 22-year-old mother of four children, including two newborn twins, was last seen leaving The Other Bar in Lexington on Jan. 4 with two men.

The two suspects, along with a third man who was sought after by investigators, were all located the week after Spurlock went missing and were brought in for questioning, according to the Lexington Herald Leader. No charges have yet been filed in the case.

The missing woman's mother, Ellen Spurlock, told WKYT that her daughter's children, ranging in age from just one month old to four years old, are growing distressed as the search for their mom enters its third week.

"(The two-year-old) doesn’t know what’s going on, but my fear is how long can that take place, you know? Mommy is not here for 11 days, each day is another day," she told the station. "How long can that take place? Her newborn twins, her two-year-old —the twins are too young —but the two-year-old, he misses his mommy. He saw her on TV one night and say 'Mommy.' He misses her."

Spurlock is described as five feet tall, about 140 pounds, and as having shoulder-length brown/blond hair and brown eyes.

She has multiple tattoos, including a rose on her left shoulder, the words "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me" on the right side of her torso and the words "I'm her daughter" on her back. She was last seen wearing a black sleeveless top and a maroon skirt with heels.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Lt. Col. Rodney Richardson with the Richmond Police Department at 859-624-4776 or via rrichardson@richmond.ky.us.
