Mississippi high school football scores, live updates from MHSAA Week 8
Week 8 of the 2022 MHSAA high school football season will feature an important Class 5-Region 2 matchup between Vicksburg (5-2) and Ridgeland (5-2). The Vikings look to continue their momentum after beating previously unbeaten Callaway 30-7 on Friday.
In the MAIS, Jackson Prep (7-1) faces cross-town rival Jackson Academy (6-2) at Patriot Field at 7 p.m. The Patriots look to pick up the rivalry win before traveling to Hartfield Academy (6-1) on Oct. 21.
