Missouri Governor Mike Parson Surveys Tornado Damage in Jefferson City

Missouri Governor Mike Parson boarded a helicopter on May 23 to survey damage in Jefferson City after a tornado swept through the area shortly before midnight the evening before.

Businesses and homes were damaged and at least nine people were injured and taken to hospital as a result of the twister, according to the Missouri Department of Public Safety.
