Missouri State Board of Accountancy announces officer updates

Nov. 20—Nick Myers, a CPA from Joplin, was named the new president of the Missouri State Board of Accountancy at its meeting last month.

He replaces Jim Mintert, CPA, of St. Louis.

Phillip Slinkard, CPA, CGMA, of Neosho, also currently serves on the board.

The mission of the Missouri State Board of Accountancy is to protect the interests of all the people of Missouri, as provided under Missouri law, by examining, certifying, licensing and regulating certified public accountants and firms of certified public accountants in Missouri.
