Season 6 of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Singapore (MPL SG) is kicking off this weekend.

From 9 September to 22 October, eight of Singapore's best Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) teams will be battling for the lion's share of the SG$100,000 prize pool and the right to represent the nation at the M5 World Championship in the Philippines.

MPL SG Season 6 will begin with the Regular Season, taking place from 9 to 30 September, followed by the Playoffs, hosted from 20 to 22 October. All of the Regular Season games will take place at the Zenway Studios esports arena located at 53 Ubi Ave, #05-02, Singapore 408934.

While pre-registration tickets to the Regular Season have been sold out, fans are still welcome to walk-in, as admittance is completely free and will be based on a first-come-first-served basis.

Fans who get to watch the league live also stand the chance to win in-game items, such as epic skins.

The eight teams competing in MPL SG Season 6 include Season 5 champions RSG SG, Team Flash, Bleed Esports, EVIL, Homebois SG, Stellark SG, Alchemy SG, and Vanguard Esports.

RSG SG, Team Flash, Bleed Esports, EVIL, and Stellark SG received direct invites to Season 6 by virtue of participating in Season 5. Homebois SG was also invited as a replacement for Team SMG SG, which had been disbanded.

Meanwhile, Alchemy SG and Vanguard Esports both earned their spot in MPL SG Season 6 through the qualifiers.

The MPL SG Season 6 Regular Season will follow a single round-robin format, with the eight teams competing in best-of-three matches.

All eight teams will then proceed to the Playoffs, which will have a double-elimination tournament format. The top four teams in the Regular Season point rankings will be seeded into the Upper Bracket while the bottom four teams will be seeded into the Lower Bracket.
