Mocha Madness: New Brighton's Promise Blend crowned as top coffee spot in Beaver County
After five weeks of fierce coffee competition, the king of Beaver County's cafes has been decided by readers.
While the competition remained close throughout, with only a lead of under 10 votes separating the two final shops, New Brighton's The Promise Blend has been crowned by cafe fans as the victor of The Times' Mocha Madness. Over 300 voters had their voices heard in the final round, with the popular cafe holding a very small lead over the equally popular Beaver Falls Coffee and Tea.
Throughout the competition, users poured over their options for stellar coffee shops in Beaver County and showed support for their local businesses. Over 1,800 votes were cast by coffee lovers and cafe fanatics throughout the competition, showing these small shops the community love for their spots in the community.
