Modern Family star Sarah Hyland gets engaged to Bachelorette star
Congratulations are in order for Modern Family star Sarah Hyland, who is now engaged to former Bachelorette contestant Wells Adams.
The couple revealed the happy news earlier this week, with Wells posting a video showing him proposing to his now-fiancée on a beach.
"I'll be Johnny, you be June. But forever," he captioned the clip, which was accompanied by music by Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors.
Sarah posted a series of pictures of the couple getting engaged on her Instagram, captioning one: "That can't eat, can't sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, world series kind of stuff."
The couple first made their relationship public on social media back in 2017 when they shared a picture of themselves dressed as Stranger Things characters for Halloween.
Sarah is best known for playing Haley Dunphy in Modern Family, and earlier this year opened up about how her colleagues helped her through her health battles with kidney dysplasia.

"Most of our crew members have been with us since day one, so I've really grown up with these people. I've seen them get married and have kids and all of that," she said.
"They always can tell if I'm not feeling well. Even our props guy or someone like that will be like, 'I'm here if you need anything. I can tell and I know you don't like to complain, but if you need anything, just let me know.' They've been really amazing to me."
She added: "You have to actively stay positive throughout things. It can take a toll on your mental health and your body, but as long as you surround yourself with the right people and stay positive, you just – yeah. But I'm good."
