Mohican Area Community Fund accepting donations through February for 2023 campaign
Mohican Area Community Fund donations are short by about $10,000 toward the fund's $95,000 goal, according to Jane Stoops, president.
Donations are being accepted through February, Stoops said in a news release.
Mail checks to 131 W. Main St., Loudonville, Ohio 44842 or contribute via PayPal through the website, mohicanacf.org.
MACF raises funds to assist local nonprofit organizations that enhance the quality of life for Loudonville and Perrysville area residents, according to the release.
"In 2023, we will support 33 local charities and nonprofit programs that offer services in support of academic excellence, the arts, health and human services, youth sports and recreation," the release states. "We have pledged $90,000 to these groups in 2023."
New board members who will help conduct the 2024 campaign include David Artrip, Doreen Edmondson, Chuck Henley, Marissa Mowery (treasurer), and Chris Tuttle.
