One of the longest-running Off-Broadway shows, according to a news release, "Little Shop of Horrors" is a comedy that has been produced worldwide. The story is of a meek floral assistant, Seymour Krelborn, who stumbles across a new breed of plant he names "Audrey II" - after his coworker crush. This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore promises unending fame and fortune to the down-and-out Krelborn as long as he keeps feeding it, blood.

Ohio Theatre Director Sally Hollenbach will co-direct with Deaunna Morgan.

The lead role of Seymour will be played by Zachary Kistler, a recent graduate of Ashland University.

Other roles include: Rachel Miller as Audrey; Grant Hollenbach as Mr. Mushnik; Dennis Morgan as Orin Scrivello; Amy Loveday, Jenny Carroll, and Rachel Kelly as the doo-wop singers Ronnette, Chiffon, and Crystal; Nathan Roblin as the voice of the Audrey II plant; Cameron MacQueen as the puppeteer for pods 1 and 3; and Larry Kauffman as a wino and the puppeteer for pod 4 along with Hannah Endslow and Natalie Endslow.
