  • Motherhood has not slowed Katharine McPhee Foster or her steamy pics down.

  • The 37-year-old American Idol alum posed for an ocean-themed photoshoot in honor of Earth Day in nothing but some undies and a soaked, cropped T-shirt.

  • Since getting pregnant with son, Rennie, born Feb. 2021, the actress has focused on balancing her mental and physical health.

Katharine McPhee Foster is looking so glowy, confident, and strong in her latest Instagram post. The new mom, 37, who gave birth to her first son Rennie in February 2021 with musician David Foster, shared some steamy, Earth Day-inspired underwear pics with her followers.

In the pics, Katharine showed off some seriously sculpted abs while posing in a black bra and undies, which she wore underneath a white T-shirt and men's briefs (which, by the way, were totally see-through when wet!). The pics were a collab with bra company MINDD, and Katharine shared that 10% of sales would be donated directly to ocean conservation non-profit @Oceana.

"Happy (almost) Earth Day! 🌍," she captioned the pics.

The pics got lots of love from her friends and followers. LeAnn Rimes commented, "🔥🔥🔥," actress and singer Christy Carlson Romano left her a "🦊,"and model Nicole Williams English wrote, "Ummm wowwwww 😍🔥🔥🔥." I couldn't agree more.

To stay mentally and physically healthy, Katharine enjoys sweating it out at Zumba classes, a dynamic workout (good for mind and body, Katharine notes) that generally combines cardio with Latin-inspired dance moves.

She'll also head outdoors to get her body moving, going for walks and hikes.

In 2017, the American Idol alum was working out with her personal trainer Simon Carter three to four times a week for about an hour, per Shape. For more cardio, she would head out for long runs.

"We’ll run and we’ll, like, in the middle of each intersection do, 20 push-ups or 20 jump squats, and then start running again, and go for four or five miles," Katharine explained. She'd also add in walking lunges uphill and downhill to mix things up.

Katharine is also very candid about the importance of mental and physical wellness.

She has been open about her battle with bulimia (an eating disorder that involves binging and then purging food) in the past and shared more about how she handled her fears of relapsing while pregnant with Rennie. She told Today that the first trimester was tricky, as she was dealing with a changing body and appetite. "It was really a transition and balance for me to figure out the food stuff," she said.

"I think if you have issues with food it's always something that there are phases when it comes back into your life and it haunts you and then you get a hold of it again," Katharine added. "Feeling like there was a relapse after getting pregnant was really shocking and upsetting and concerning for me, because I was suddenly so obsessed with food, starting from this first trimester, and I had such a distortion of the way that I looked."

Katharine told Today that she got professional help, working with a psychiatrist who aided her through the journey and "made me feel so much better that I wasn't alone in that headspace . . . by just meeting with him and him talking me through it."

And the new mom is looking so strong, healthy, and happy in these new Instagram photos. You go, Katharine!
