Moment alleged thieves steal $30,000 worth of jewellery as accomplices distract staff

The moment a group of alleged thieves stole $30,000 worth of jewellery at a Florida department store while their accomplices distracted a staff member has been caught on surveillance footage.

Fort Lauderdale Police have released this clip of a group of four people they are looking to identify in connection with the theft at a Macy’s store on 18 February.

Two suspects distracted an employee while the other two stole the goods.
