Monday’s scattered showers moving north across east Central Florida

Rainy weather will be visiting Central Florida over the next couple of days.

On Monday, radar showed bands of showers moving across the area at a speed of 25 to 30 mph, according to NWS Melbourne.

Storms should be less frequent in the afternoon and overnight, but Tuesday will be an active day with many showers.

Temperatures will be in the upper 80s and lower 90s, according to Spectrum News 13 meteorologist Maureen McCann.
